How does pricing work?
A one-time $1,200 build fee covers your custom website, DNS, and business email setup. After that, Site Care is $99/mo for hosting, security, and 30 minutes of changes every month — or skip it and pay $15/mo for hosting only, with changes billed at $100/hr.
What if I don't want Site Care?
You can go with hosting-only for $15/mo instead — it covers hosting, SSL, and backups, but no changes are included. Any updates are billed at $100/hr, which usually costs more than a month of Site Care if you need even one small change.
Do unused Site Care minutes roll over?
Yes. If you don't use your full 30 minutes in a month, it carries over to the next one, up to a 60-minute cap. Nothing you're paying for goes to waste.
What if I need more than 30 minutes of changes in a month?
We'll always take care of quick requests, and any banked time from previous months gets used first. Beyond that, additional work is billed at $100/hr — we'll check with you before doing anything extra.
Do you handle my domain, DNS, and email?
Yes, all of it — domain connection, DNS records, and a professional business email address are part of your plan.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile?
It's part of our Review Management add-on ($79/mo) — we set up and optimize your Google Business Profile alongside your review management software, since the two go hand in hand.
Can you help with my online reviews?
Yes — that's available as an add-on for $79/mo. We set you up with review management software you can use to manage reviews across Google, Yelp, and any other platform you choose, and we're on hand to help along the way.
Do I need to do anything myself?
Not much. You tell us about your business and what you want, we design and build it, and you approve before it goes live. After that, just message us anytime you want a change.
Will my site show up on Google?
Yes. Every site we build is structured so Google can read and index it right away — you show up in search results like any professionally built website.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
With Wix or Squarespace, you design, build, and maintain the site yourself. With Mr. Website, our team does all of that for you — you just tell us what you need.
Can I move my existing website here?
Yes. Send us your current site and we'll rebuild it: same content, fresher design, faster loading, and properly connected DNS. Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and more.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It's yours from day one — cancel Site Care or hosting anytime and we'll hand over your files, no exit fee. If we registered your domain, we'll release it so you can transfer it to your own account.
